Tips for Eating Sushi

1. Try not to put too much soy sauce on your sushi. Excellent sushi needs no soy sauce!

2. When eating sushi, place it in your mouth, so that the "tane," topping, touches your tongue first. Do not bite half of it and leave the other half on your plate.

3. Try a piece of "gari," ginger, inbetween the different types of sushi. The "gari" cleanses your taste buds, so that you can enjoy each fish!
